As a small business owner, I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. To ensure I can best accommodate all of my clients, I kindly request that you notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer the time slot to someone else who may need it. Please be aware that a cancellation fee and no-show fee will apply if I am not informed ahead of time. If you miss your appointment without rescheduling or canceling, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. All fees are due at the time of your appointment and are non-refundable, nor can they be applied to future services. Your understanding and cooperation help me continue to provide the best service to all my clients. Thank you for your support!
